These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.newtrino.ie (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site. “Newtrino,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Onyx Distribution Ltd (Company No. 771025), trading as Newtrino, with registered office at Castlepark, Mallow, Co. Cork, Ireland. “You” or “Customer” means the individual or business purchasing goods via our Site.

3. Orders & Acceptance

3.1 All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We confirm acceptance by emailing you an order confirmation.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices are shown in EUR (for Republic of Ireland) or GBP (for United Kingdom), inclusive of the applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We ship only to the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
5.2 Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 2–4 business days

  • UK: 3–7 business days
    5.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery; title transfers once full payment is received.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newtrino’s total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with any Products will not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned or licensed by Newtrino. You may not use any content without our prior written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Refund Policy

Right to a Refund
Under EU and UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

Eligibility

  • Products must be returned unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Refund
Email hello@newtrino.ie with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will then issue a returns authorisation and instructions.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return postage costs except where the item is faulty or we shipped in error. We recommend using a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned Products, we will confirm receipt by email. Refunds (minus any original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@newtrino.ie. We will cover return postage and provide a full refund or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel any order at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@newtrino.ie. You will receive a full refund of all sums paid, including standard shipping charges.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If you cancel after dispatch, please follow the Refund Policy above: return unopened items within 14 days for a refund (you’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty).

How to Cancel

Email hello@newtrino.ie with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm by email whether your order has been cancelled or has already shipped.

Timeframes

Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of order placement are generally accepted even if the item has shipped; thereafter, the Returns & Refunds terms apply.
